Something to think about…
Fun and Creative Way to Gamify Showing Mastery of Content
Story Cubes in any classroom!” A video from one teacher sharing 4 ways he uses these in his classroom. Use Story Cubes to create a backstory, a rap slam, applying vocab terms within a time limit and in an assessment capacity. (The info in the video really starts at 1:08.) I used these in my class when I taught Art to 5th & 6th graders.

5 Smart Storage Solutions For Your Kids’ Artwork. Goodbye Clutter!
Check out this short post from +CoolMomPicks ...2 & 4 are my favorites for something tangible. I like Google's Photoscan app to take great pictures of the work to either put in a book or to create a collage as in the second idea listed. The app is also good for taking pictures of pictures already in a frame, i.e. those old family photos, etc. The app removes the glare from the glass!

My Shark Adventure Last Week
It has been a goal of mine to scuba dive with sharks for some time. I went snorkeling with the sharks in May while attending my oldest’s college graduation in south Florida, but I’ve always wanted to be on the bottom of the sea, with them swimming in the area. I’ve just wanted to be in their presence in that way. It was two years in the making with research and planning...and replanning. I was able to live that dream last week and just wanted to share one of the pictures. #SaveSharks
