Google Forms: All You Should Know About The New File Upload Feature by Romain Vialard. This is a nice step-by-step, with images to show you what this looks like, how to add to any form, where to find the uploads once the forms are turned in...and...wait for it...how the ownership works! This feature is supposed to be available on Nov. 9th and as far as I know this feature will only work in Forms that are restricted to your Education domain. +Google for Education
